Shipping Information
Time Frame
Our goal is to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Any purchase containing a 'Special Order' item may take 7 to 10 days to ship, depending on when we obtain that item. Favors will be shipped per the date entered into the 'Notes' box at time of checkout. We custom make the favors and deliver them to you fresh!
We do work hard, 7 days a week, to stay on top of our orders. However, slight delays may occur during peak times such as holidays.
You will be emailed a tracking number at the time your shipping label is printed. Please be aware of the date it is being delivered to make arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for packages showing 'Delivered' that the customer claims they have not received.
Currently, we only ship to the USA, its territories and APO/FPO addresses. Packages will be shipped via USPS, as this is the most economical method. Tracking number will be provided. Parcel insurance and signature on delivery is available upon request at additional cost. The post office insures PRIORITY MAIL up to $50.00 (as of Jan. 2016). See below for instructions on damaged goods.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free! You will not be charged a shipping fee unless you contact us to request 'Signature on Delivery' or would like to purchase insurance on your purchase. For either of these services, please contact us immediately upon placing your order, before we ship it out.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be kept! Do NOT open a damaged parcel. Instead, take complete pictures of the parcel, then open it and take complete pictures of the damaged goods. Email us within 3 days of receipt of the damaged parcel, by sending information about your order and the pictures. Once we contact you back, we will instruct you how to proceed. Never throw away the packaging, as we may have to retrieve it from you for our insurance claim.
IMPORTANT: We must have your report and photos of the damages NO LATER than 10 days from our shipping date. NO exceptions.
Lost Packages
Lost packages should be reported in a timely manner; most definitely within 10 days of our mailing notification to you or we are not responsible whatsoever for the lost package. You should receive your order within 10 business days of our receipt of your clear payment. Failure to report either of these matters to us in a timely fashion may void any responsibility we may have had.
Please know that we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages in which the tracking number confirms delivery.

How long does it take Wild Herb Soap Co. to ship my order?
Orders normally ship in 1 to 2 business days. We are hard at work, 7 days a week, to make this possible. During peak times such as holidays, there may be some delay in shipping. How long will it take to receive my order?
We are located in Overgaard, Arizona, which is where your parcel will ship from. We do not utilize any outside facilities to fulfill any part of your order. Our products are of the highest quality and we want to ensure the integrity of them by packing your order ourselves. Every order is inspected prior to it leaving our shipping department.
Parcels under 1 pound will be sent via U.S. First Class Mail, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Parcels over 1 pound go U.S. Priority Mail, taking 2 to 3 business days. All parcels have a tracking number, which is emailed to you when your shipping label is printed.
Do you allow customer pickups?
