Black Oxide Pigment Powder

Matte Black Oxide Pigment Powder -- a little goes a very long way.

Deep, dark black is a matte oxide pigment powder (not for lips!). Use by itself or use to deepen other colors. Just remember, a small amount goes a long way! Will not migrate or bleed.

For use in coloring soap.

This colorant will not migrate or bleed when layering. A lighter (pastel tone) color is created when used in white bases.
