Florida Gulf Coast Sea Sponge

Our Florida Gulf Coast Sea Sponge is a natural and sustainable option for your cleansing needs. Harvested from the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this sea sponge is hypoallergenic and provides gentle exfoliation for a clean and radiant complexion. 100% natural, this 'wool' type (there are various sponge types in the waters but wool is superior by far!) is the perfect choice for an eco-friendly and effective cleansing experience. You will quickly discover that this sponge is the perfect addition to your skin care routine.

We purchase these sponges direct from the company that harvests them. Carefully, we cut them down into smaller, more usable sizes. You can choose the size that is best for you!  Recommended sizes:

3" - Babies
3.5" to 4" - Children
4.5" to 5.5" - Young Adults/Adults (Most women like this size)
6" & 7" - Adults (Most mend like this size)
8" & Up - Adults; Excellent for washing vehicles

Natural sponges will last 2 to 6 years when cared for properly.  Caring is easy! Simply mix 1 Tbl baking soda per cup of water. Soak sponge for 15 mins every 2 weeks. Rinse; air dry.
