Are your products really all natural?

Yes. Every Wild Herb Soap product is made with pure botanicals, essential oils, and nourishing butters. We never use parabens, GMOs, synthetic fragrances, or harsh chemicals.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Most customers with sensitive skin find our products gentle and soothing. However, we always recommend checking ingredient lists and doing a small patch test if you have allergies or highly reactive skin.

Do your soaps, lotions, and lip balms contain preservatives or artificial colors?

No. Any color or scent comes directly from natural herbs, botanicals, and essential oils.

Ordering & Shipment

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 9 AM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 9 AM ship the next business day. Tracking information is emailed once your label is created.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free within the United States.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Orders over $50 may require a signature. Customers also have the option to add Signature on Delivery for $7. If you decline, you accept responsibility once tracking shows delivered.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion. If approved, the customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.
