Black Oxide Pigment Powder

Matte Black Oxide Pigment Powder -- a little goes a very long way.

Deep, dark black is a matte oxide pigment powder (not for lips!). Use by itself or use to deepen other colors. Just remember, a small amount goes a long way! Will not migrate or bleed.

For use in coloring cold process or melt and pour soap.  Use on nails when applying nail art. Excellent in arts and crafts projects.

This colorant will not migrate or bleed when layering. A lighter color is created when used in white bases.
