IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION
Once you submit an order to us, you agree to all of our policies, terms & conditions as disclosed on this website. You are solely responsible for the use OR misuse of any and all products purchased on Wild Herb's website. It is agreed that we are not responsible for the product that you may produce with items purchased from us or the way that product may turn out. Some products may be harmful if not used correctly, are not diluted or come in contact with children, elderly or animals/pets. You agree that you are fully responsible for the use of the products purchased on our site.
Photos on our site may be general in nature and not representative of the actual product. Consistency of products change from time to time and may not look exactly as pictured or may not be the exact product you receive. For example, a wax or butter may be a different shade or consistency. An oil may have a slightly different shade than a previous purchase or the picture on our site. This is because many of our products and ingredients are hand crafted.
If you are not familiar with our products or are trying a product for the first time, please order the smallest size we offer to ensure it is an ingredient you want to work with. This is important due to the fact that most products offered on our site are not returnable for a refund, due to the nature of the products offered.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders must be placed through our website. We do not take phone orders or payments by phone.Once an order is placed, it is final. We do not cancel or change submitted orders, as this has created margin for error and may result in unnecessary frustration. Should you refuse an order once it arrives, please know that this action will result in cancellation and/or restocking fees of up to 15% of total order, non-refundable shipping fees, return shipping fees if applicable and any other fees that may be charged to us.
We may require 'Signature on Delivery' for any order with a value of $50.00 or more. However, we reserve the right to request this service on any order at our own discretion. We do this to protect against theft. If you would like to waive this service on your order, please send an email immediately after placing such order notifying us to waive this. Should you choose to do this, please know that we are no longer responsible to replace any parcel that shows 'Delivered' according to the tracking information.
SALES TAX
Arizona residents will be charged sales tax based on our location and current tax rate. If you have an Arizona State Resale Tax ID, please contact us for wholesale information. Wholesale orders have separate terms and are not placed on this website.CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. However, you may contact us if you have a concern and we will do our best to resolve all issues. When ordering raw materials, please be advised that consistencies, color, appearance may change from batch to batch that we receive. These materials are not exact at all times. We do order these ingredients fresh and do not allow them to sit for long periods of time, allowing them to 'break down'. Our ingredients and products are never outdated.DISCLOSURE

Although our products may be food grade, Wild Herb Soap Co. LLC sells all products for external use only. Customer agrees by purchasing products that he/she is fully responsible for researching said products and proper use of same.
We do not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability and accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information on our website is strictly at your own risk. and we will not be liable for any losses and damages in connection with the use of our website.

MSDS and ANALYSES
We do not offer any analyses at this time, as they are cost prohibitive for a small business. Yes, they are certainly good to have, however, we do our best to keep costs down to pass on to our valued customers. If we provided these certificates, higher pricing would go into effect. It is our custom to purchase our fine, top grade oils, butters and supplies from trusted suppliers that we have built long-term relationships with over the years.As far as MSDS, it is our policy to provide this on 'hazardous' products only, as required by law. An MSDS will be provided to actual companies and not to consumers. If you are a company and would like the MSDS for a hazardous product, please request this along with your order.
