Use:

Immediately upon sensation of tightness or pain, shake bottle well and generously roll on the back of the neck, temples and chest area. Applying in this manner also helps for sinus congestion/tightness. It is important to roll on chest as well so that you will breathe in the molecules released by the essential oil blend. It is believed that those molecules are breathed into your lungs, in turn distributing them throughout your blood stream for relief. This application may take 10 to 20 minutes to begin working.
